Job summary

Astound Digital seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in Anthropic AI to join our founding Anthropic AI Practice. You will bridge enterprise cloud architecture with generative AI, delivering Claude-based solutions for global clients and leading programmatic AI initiatives.

You will design architectures, lead client workshops, develop Claude-powered applications with robust prompt engineering, and guide teams toward scalable, modular AI deployments across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software engineering with client-facing experience.
• 6-12 months dedicated Anthropic/Claude experience.
• Proficient in Python and/or JS/TS for AI apps.
• Familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, or multi-agent patterns.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector DBs.
• Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to other LLMs such as Gemini, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into scalable AI solution architectures.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions; develop POCs.
• Design and write Claude-powered applications and workflows.
• Build integrations using Anthropic API; design prompts for multi-turn conversations.
• Implement RAG pipelines and vector DB integration.
• Lead technical integration of Salesforce with AI orchestration layers like AWS Bedrock.
• Collaborate with distributed delivery teams to promote modular design and best practices.
• Maintain AI-driven configuration docs using Co-work.
