Job summary

Anthropic, a safety-focused AI company, seeks a Technical Architect to teach customers how to deploy Claude Code and Claude Tag across enterprise environments. You will lead webinars, workshops, and on-site engagements, training customer teams and partners while shaping rollouts with advanced admin knowledge.

You will also run train-the-trainer programs, create polished deliverables, and bring field feedback back to product teams to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate or similar.
• You still ship code and regularly teach engineering audiences.
• You have experience presenting to large live audiences and running workshops.

Responsibilities

• Teach in every format: webinars, workshops, on-sites and office hours.
• Run train-the-trainer programs and certify practitioners.
• Educate enterprise admins on technical rollout requirements and best practices.
• Build demos and tooling to accelerate customer use of Claude Code.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product teams and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with account executives, success managers and partners.
• Travel 30 to 50% for on-sites and events.
