Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Product Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for Digital Native Businesses deploying Claude-powered solutions. You will work with customers, guiding architecture design, pilots, and evaluation frameworks to ensure safe and reliable AI integration.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager)
Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering and deployment at scale
Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript and building production apps
Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams
Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

Serve as a specialist technical advisor to Anthropic customers deploying new products and workflows
Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Influence architecture decisions by developing pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
Lead hands-on technical workshops and code reviews with customer teams
Identify common design patterns and feed insights back to Product/Engineering
Create scalable assets documenting LLM prompting, evaluation, and architecture techniques
Stay updated on latest LLM capabilities and AI product development stacks
Travel to customer sites for workshops and implementation support
Attend conferences, write blog posts and white papers on AI topics
