Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior leader to manage the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech in San Francisco. You will guide pre‑sales engineers, align with account executives, and shape strategies to deploy Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API offerings at major customers.

You will recruit top talent, establish scalable processes, and represent Anthropic at strategic engagements, driving reliable and safe AI adoption across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre‑sales role.
• 3+ years of technical pre‑sales management experience.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and LLM deployments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and guide a team of pre‑sales Solutions Architects.
• Set team goals with sales and cross‑functional partners.
• Advise customers on AI adoption strategies and POC execution.
