Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to empower customer engineering teams with Claude Code, Claude Tag, and enterprise controls. You will teach across webinars, workshops and onsite sessions, adapting material to diverse audiences and customer codebases.

You will certify trainers, guide enterprise admins through SSO and policy considerations, and rapidly translate customer needs into product insights. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate or similar.
• You still ship code and regularly teach engineering audiences.
• Experience presenting to large live audiences and handling demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Teach in every format: webinars, workshops, on-sites, and office hours.
• Run train-the-trainer programs and certify others to deliver material.
• Educate admins on technical rollout requirements (SSO, permissions, connectors).
• Build fast with Claude by delivering decks, demos, or plugins within a day.
• Channel field feedback to product teams to improve Claude Code and related tools.
• Be the technical voice in the room, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Travel 30–50% for onsites, workshops and events.
