Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior, individual contributor to shape the Technology Workflows strategy, partnering with SVP and product leaders. You will influence long-term roadmap, budgets, staffing, and pricing through written arguments and live presentations.

You will define market categories, guide pricing and packaging, and evaluate acquisition targets while coordinating across Ventures, Corporate Development, Strategy, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 10+ years in product leadership and an MBA with 10+ years in business leadership and execution.
• 15+ years in enterprise software with focus on technical IT or production operations.
• Deep knowledge of hardware/software build, deployment, and run, and the tooling/tech stacks involved.
• Experience evaluating companies for acquisition, acquihire, or deep partnerships.
• Strong commercial instincts across pricing, packaging, and market sizing.
• Exceptional written communication and executive presence.
• Ability to operate without a team and influence across organizations.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, strategic direction, or problem-solving.
• Full-stack understanding of on-premise infra, public cloud, DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategic position for Technology Workflows and keep it current as AI landscape moves.
• Set market sizing and category definition for the business.
• Shape pricing and packaging strategy across the portfolio.
• Own inorganic strategy: acquisition, acquihire, partnerships with diligence across teams.
• Build and maintain partner/ecosystem framework across categories.
• Represent the business in executive/customer forums and lead roadmapping discussions.
• Maintain competitive view for AI-native tech operations and packaging evolution.
• Collaborate with product leadership across multiple domains with influence.
