Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a senior AI-enabled GTM leader to own GAIA revenue across product, infrastructure, and advisory bookings. You will build and close multi-phase AI opportunities, leveraging a partner ecosystem with NVIDIA and hyperscalers, while guiding executive conversations with CAIO/CDO-level buyers.

Prospects include 13,000 existing Cohesity customers, with a ground-floor opportunity in a growing AI BU.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of quota-carrying technology sales experience, including AI products.
• Experience selling to VP-level AI buyers and CAIO/CDO equivalents.
• Strong ability to build executive-quality decks and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own GAIA revenue for territory across product, infra, and consulting bookings.
• Build pipeline and manage end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to close.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and tailored business cases.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and field sales for multi-channel outreach.
• Maintain disciplined CRM, accurate forecasts, and forecast visibility.
