Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a founding GTM leader for its GAIA AI Business Unit in the United Kingdom.

You will own GAIA revenue across product, infrastructure, and advisory bookings, building pipeline, and closing multi-stage AI opportunities with senior buyer personas. You will craft executive-level decks and business cases, collaborate with marketing and partners, and thrive in a co-sell environment with NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and AI vendors.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of quota-carrying technology sales experience, including AI products to VP-level buyers.
• Experience selling to enterprise, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Strong ability to build and qualify pipeline and close complex deals.
• Fluent understanding of AI platforms, deployment models and value drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own GAIA revenue across product/infrastructure and consulting-advisory bookings for your territory.
• Be the AI subject-matter resource in every deal; articulate business value to C-level buyers.
• Build pipeline and collaborate with marketing, SDRs and field sales; lead outbound efforts.
• Develop and close AI opportunities with existing relationships and new networks.
• Create executive-quality decks and business cases showing value of Cohesity AI offerings.
• Operate in a co-sell ecosystem with NVIDIA and hyperscalers to generate joint pipeline.
• Maintain disciplined CRM, accurate forecasts, and credible progression of deals.
