Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for its AI Business Unit on the GAIA platform. You will design and deliver enterprise GenAI solutions integrated with Cohesity’s data security and management platform, driving technical wins across regulated industries.

Lead discovery, demos, POCs, and executive-ready narratives; collaborate with AE for commercial closes, and engage with NVIDIA and hyperscalers for co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, sales/pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting in enterprise sales.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying generative AI systems — LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector stores, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong infrastructure background: enterprise storage, backup/recovery platforms, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI workloads.
• Proficiency in Python and APIs for automation, integration, and ML workflows.
• Working knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks related to AI and data protection.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences, and ability to hold a buying committee.
• Comfort operating in a co-sell / specialist model with AI partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win in GAIA deals — discovery, design, demos, and POCs.
• Be the AI subject-matter expert on data architecture, RAG, deployment models, and risk.
• Design and deliver enterprise AI/GenAI solutions integrated with Cohesity’s platform.
• Architect retrieval-augmented generation solutions and reference architectures.
• Lead workshops, POCs, and pilots across regulated industries to validate use cases.
• Build executive-quality narratives — briefs, diagrams, and business cases.
