Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior/Principal Client Partner to lead strategic advisory and client relationships for enterprise AI initiatives. Remote within the U.S.

with a base salary around $200,000 and OTE around $400,000, you will drive growth, manage key accounts, and partner with delivery leaders to ensure successful outcomes. You bring 10+ years in technology consulting with revenue responsibilities, deep SDLC understanding, and experience with large enterprise clients in healthcare,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting with revenue-generating responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in daily work (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Experience selling to enterprise clients in healthcare/financial services/media.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships with engineering leaders to executives; conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify and pursue expansion and new logo opportunities; develop account growth strategies.
• Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure projects land well and client needs are met.
• Stay informed on AI/GenAI trends and provide market insights and forecasts for the portfolio.
