Job summary

Skan AI is seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Executive for the Healthcare/BFSI sector to lead a portfolio of large financial institutions from a remote NYC area. You will drive revenue retention and expansion with executive sponsorship across COOs, CIOs, and CFOs, owning renewals, upsell, and new use-case development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business outcomes, align capabilities to client priorities, and maintain strong executive relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic account leadership in B2B SaaS or agentic AI.
• Experience managing Fortune 500 BFSI clients and driving NRR/ARR expansion.
• Ability to engage COOs, CIOs and CFOs on AI, automation and transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year strategic account plans for BFSI customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews showing impact and expanding opportunities.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships with COO, CIO, CFO and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Own renewal and expansion activities including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
