Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead customer engagements from discovery through value realization. You’ll partner with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs shape Fin’s AI-powered solutions and drive successful pre-sales outcomes.

You’ll own tailored POCs, respond to RFPs and security inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture the customer voice for product planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical pre-sales role.
• Experience translating complex business challenges into Fin solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value and technical capabilities.
• Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concepts (POCs).
• Manage RFPs and respond to security questions with prepared materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer feedback.
