Job summary

ServiceNow is hiring for a customer-facing AI Solutions role based in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into AI solutions built on Moveworks Platform.

Travel up to 25% will be required as you lead design, integration, and implementation with internal and external teams. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to build secure integrations with systems like ServiceNow, Workday,

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Proven track record of driving technical adoption with enterprise customers.
• Experience designing and launching full-stack workflows using REST APIs or iPaaS tools or scripting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical relationship with 5–8 enterprise customers across the lifecycle.
• Architects high-impact AI solutions leveraging the Moveworks Platform.
• Designs secure, performant integrations with customer systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Acts as trusted advisor on AI roadmap and upskilling teams to operate the platform.
