Job summary

ServiceNow, in partnership with Moveworks, seeks a Senior AI Agent Engineer for federal clients. You will own end-to-end AI agent implementations, coordinating across customer success, product, and engineering to deliver impactful solutions that meet security and regulatory requirements.

You will design, implement, and refine AI workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, reusable outcomes while advancing platform capabilities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required with eligibility for a U.S. federal security clearance (Public Trust at minimum).
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows leveraging REST APIs and iPaaS automation or scripting.
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating team members, with strong stakeholder networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack delivery lifecycle of AI Agents for federal customers, including Vision-Lock, design, build, tune, and launch.
• Architect and consult with federal stakeholders to develop high-impact AI solutions.
• Integrate the Moveworks by ServiceNow Platform with enterprise systems (ITSM, HRIS, identity) in FedRAMP High/IL4/IL5 contexts.
• Partner with engineering and product teams on new rollouts and synthesize customer feedback into product decisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to federal customers, enabling upskilling and long-term adoption.
• Generalize successful solutions into reusable templates and share learnings.
