Job summary

Simpplr is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to win complex enterprise deals by articulating practical AI-driven intranet solutions. You will map customer tech stacks to Simpplr’s AI Work Platform, design tailored live demos, and craft architecture‑level responses for RFPs.

You will translate technical concepts for VP/C-level audiences. Applicants should have 7+ years in enterprise SaaS pre-sales, hands-on AI API experience, and strong integration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Fluency with LLM APIs and practical experience building with them.
• Knowledge of MCP and connecting AI agents to enterprise tools and data.
• Strong REST/GraphQL API knowledge and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals from discovery to close.
• Run technical discovery mapping HRIS/ITSM/Slack/Teams to a solution architecture.
• Design live demos and proof-of-concept builds showcasing AI Agents in real workflows.
• Prototype agentic workflows and integrations via APIs and MCP connections.
• Lead and respond to RFPs/RFIs and technical questionnaires.
• Provide credible competitive positioning and feed insights to Product/Engineering.
