Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on software development, technical consulting, or comparable enterprise application experience.
- Experience designing, building, and delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience designing or consuming APIs and system integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand complex business processes, requirements, and outcomes.
- Define, design, develop, and implement custom enterprise software and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and lead significant portions of implementations.
- Design and build complex enterprise applications and workflows, including data models and integrations.
- Mentor junior team members and help elevate technical capabilities across the delivery team.
