Job summary

Simpplr, the AI-powered intranet, is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the technical win in complex enterprise deals. You’ll map HRIS/ITSM integrations to live architectures, design tailored demos, and articulate business value to VP/C-level leaders.

Expect a hybrid/remote-friendly schedule with equity, PTO, and competitive pay. You’ll work with MCP, RAG, and AI agent tools to translate architecture into procurement-ready responses and customer outcomes, helping enterprises unlock 40+

Qualifications

7+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company.
Hands-on fluency with LLM APIs: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock.
Knowledge of MCP and how it's used to connect AI agents to enterprise tools and data.
Strong REST/GraphQL API, webhooks, and enterprise integration fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals from discovery to close.
Run technical discovery mapping HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams and knowledge systems to real solution architecture.
Design and deliver live demos and proof-of-concept builds with AI Agents.
Prototype agentic workflows and API integrations to prove value before contracts.
Lead and respond to RFPs/RFIs and vendor questionnaires.
Stay sharp on competitive positioning and feed field insights to Product/Engineering.
Represent Simpplr's AI story at webinars, conferences, and content creation.
