Job summary

OfficeSpace Software in the United States seeks a Solutions Consultant to shape how customers understand and adopt our platform. You will partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, architect solutions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and guide complex evaluations across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams.

You translate business challenges into measurable outcomes, orchestrate AI-enabled workflows, and verify outputs before informing decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or technical SaaS consulting.
Experience owning technical and solution strategy in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
Strong discovery skills to uncover real business problems and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities from discovery through close.
Lead discovery to uncover business problems, requirements, success criteria, and risks.
Translate needs into architectures linking OfficeSpace capabilities to outcomes.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that tell the customer’s story.
Lead technical evaluations and POCs with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
Navigate enterprise architecture conversations around APIs, SSO, identity and security.
Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security, and other teams.
Orchestrate AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, planning, and drafting.
Verify AI outputs before they influence recommendations or communications.
Build reusable discovery frameworks, patterns, and AI-enabled workflows.
