Job summary

Capacity, an innovative AI support automation company based in the United States, is seeking a Solution Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating client needs into detailed technical specifications, leading implementation projects, and ensuring seamless integration with client systems.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within SaaS is required, along with expertise in conversational AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Solution Consultant or similar role within a SaaS environment.
• Experience designing solutions for conversational AI and automation platforms.
• Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own all functional and technical requirements for implementation projects.
• Lead pre-discovery research and client discovery sessions.
• Define API specs and coordinate development across teams.

Skills

10+ years of professional experience

Designing solutions for conversational AI

Deep fluency with integration patterns

Strong client-facing skills

Familiarity with compliance and security considerations

Education
