Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Manager of the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech. You will lead and grow the pre-sales team, partnering with account executives to help customers adopt Anthropic’s Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.

You will hire great people, establish scalable processes, and represent Anthropic at strategic customer engagements. Strong leadership, technical depth in AI, and market insight are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architect or similar pre-sales role.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and API integrations.
• Experience with LLM deployments.
• Proven ability to scale teams and processes in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects.
• Set goals in collaboration with sales and org.
• Act as a technical sponsor for high-value customers.
• Partner with Enterprise Tech sales to drive product adoption.
• Work with product and engineering to address customer feedback.
• Travel to customer sites and conferences for executive sessions.
• Establish a shared vision for safe, beneficial AI solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership through events and content.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends.
