Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization uses AI to operate smarter and deliver impact. This role blends applied AI, solutions architecture, and enablement across technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll build AI-powered prototypes with Claude and LLMs, design end-to-end workflows, write prompts and guides, and partner with engineering to productionize solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, architecture, internal tooling, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or leading LLM platforms, including prompts, skills, agents, and workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs or internal data sources to improve workflows.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI-powered solutions based on user feedback.
• Familiarity with Global Services functions (onboarding, education, consulting, or customer success) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas for AI or automation.
• Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms to rapidly validate business solutions.
• Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources to create intelligent, end-to-end workflows.
• Understand how to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, collaborating with engineering for production-grade implementations.
• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows to improve AI output quality and reliability.
• Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback and business outcomes to drive adoption.
• Create documentation, implementation guides, and best practices that enable teams to effectively build and adopt AI solutions.
• Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to grow AI fluency and help teams build effective prompts, skills, agents, and workflows.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices.
