Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. You’ll turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll build AI-powered workflows spanning content creation, smarter learning experiences, data integration, and automated processes that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered prototypes with Claude or other leading LLM platforms.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal data sources to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with Services leaders and translate ideas into program roadmaps.
• Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms.
• Design AI systems with APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources for end-to-end workflows.
• Create documentation, run enablement sessions, and grow AI fluency across teams.
