We're looking for a strong technical problem solver who can quickly turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Systems thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving business problems with AI.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts, create clear documentation, and enable others to adopt AI effectively.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production when needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & discovery: identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate ideas into roadmaps.
• Prototype & productize: build AI-powered workflows with Claude/LLMs and validate solutions.
• Enablement & literacy: develop docs, guides, and run enablement sessions to grow AI fluency.
• Architecture collaboration: connect AI systems with internal data sources and APIs.
• Iterate using feedback and business outcomes to drive adoption and impact.
