Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success org leverages AI to operate Smarter and deliver impact. You will build AI-powered prototypes, connect internal data, and automate workflows, collaborating with an enterprise AI engineering team.

Preferred candidates have 4+ years in AI solutions or similar roles, experience with Claude/LLMs, and strong API/data integration skills. Occasional travel may be required, with base pay details provided for US locations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation and systems thinking to solve business problems with AI.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and integrating with APIs and internal systems.
• Clear communication and documentation skills to enable adoption of AI solutions.
• Ability to partner with engineering to scale solutions into production.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompts, skills, agents, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Success leaders to identify high impact AI opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones.
• Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms.
• Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources.
