Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions or similar technical roles.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact AI opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact.
• Translate ideas into program roadmaps with defined outcomes.
• Build AI prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs and modern AI platforms.
• Design AI systems connected via APIs and internal data sources.
• Collaborate with engineering for production-grade implementations.
• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows.
• Create documentation and run enablement sessions to grow AI fluency.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and best practices.
