Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, turning business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll build AI-powered prototypes and production-grade workflows, connect internal data sources, and empower teams to use

Qualifications

Strong technical foundation with a track record of solving business problems with AI.
Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to enable others to adopt AI.

Responsibilities

Identify high-impact AI opportunities with Success leaders.
Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact.
Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with milestones.
Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern platforms.
Connect AI systems with APIs and internal data sources to end-to-end workflows.
