Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. You will build AI-powered solutions spanning content creation, learning experiences, and automation, collaborating with Klaviyo's AI engineering team to scale prototypes into production-grade systems.

Qualifications

Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools.
Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document clearly.
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to scale solutions into production.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms.
Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources to create end-to-end workflows.
Understand how to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, collaborating with engineering teams for production-grade implementations.
Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows to improve AI outputs.
Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback and business results.
