Responsibilities

• Partner with Success leaders to identify high impact AI opportunities.
• Translate ideas into program roadmaps with milestones.
• Build AI prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms.
• Design and connect AI systems with APIs and internal data sources for end-to-end workflows.
• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows to improve AI outputs.
• Create clear documentation and run enablement sessions to grow AI fluency.
