Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization uses AI to operate smarter and deliver greater impact. This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement, translating business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll build AI-powered prototypes using Claude, ChatGPT, and LLM platforms, connect AI systems via APIs and internal data

Qualifications

• Systems thinker with strong technical foundation.

• Ability to translate concepts into clear docs and enable teams.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering to scale to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows.
