Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, sales/pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying generative AI systems—LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector stores.
• Strong infrastructure background: storage, backup/recovery, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and APIs for automation, integration, and ML workflows.
• Security, governance, and compliance frameworks understanding as they intersect with AI.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to operate in a co-sell / specialist model with AI partner teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win in GAIA deals — discovery, design, demos, and POC exits with AE.
• Be the AI subject‑matter expert in data architecture, RAG, deployment models, and risk.
• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade AI/GenAI solutions integrated with Cohesity platform.
• Architect retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) solutions and reference architectures.
• Lead workshops, POCs, and pilots across regulated industries to prove value.
• Build executive‑quality narratives: architectures, briefs, and business cases.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and OEMs for joint solutions and co‑sell.
• Provide feedback to roadmap teams to shape product adoption and deals.
