Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver impact. You will turn business challenges into practical AI solutions, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.

You’ll build AI-powered prototypes, integrate systems, and scale workflows with the Klaviyo AI engineering team, enabling cross-functional adoption and production-grade implementations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
• Experience building AI prototypes using LLMs and API integrations.
• Strong communication to document concepts and enable teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI platforms.
• Design and connect AI systems using APIs and data sources for end-to-end workflows.
• Develop prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows to improve AI outputs.
• Create clear documentation and run enablement sessions to grow AI fluency across teams.
