Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver impact. You will design and prototype AI-powered workflows, connect internal data sources, and help teams adopt AI responsibly.

From applying Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean to building scalable solutions, you’ll work with the centralized AI engineering team to scale cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered prototypes using Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and workflows.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems and improve team workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts and enable others to adopt AI.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Discovery: identify high impact AI opportunities and translate ideas into roadmaps with defined outcomes.
• Technical Prototyping & Productization: build AI prototypes and end-to-end workflows using LLMs and modern AI platforms.
• Enablement & AI Literacy: create docs, run enablement sessions, and grow AI fluency across teams.
