Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Customer Success team uses AI, turning business challenges into practical AI solutions. You will craft AI-powered prototypes, connect data sources, and automate workflows that boost efficiency and decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and the AI engineering team to scale prototypes into production-grade systems, building skills, prompts, and workflows that drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI solutions or related roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered prototypes with LLMs.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into roadmaps.
• Build and validate AI prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern platforms.
• Connect AI systems with APIs and internal data sources for end-to-end workflows.
• Create prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows to improve outputs.
• Evolve workflows into production-grade solutions with engineering teams.
