ServiceNow is seeking a technically adept customer-facing professional to own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers. You will translate complex business challenges into AI solutions built on Moveworks Platform, traveling up to 25% to engage with clients and collaborate across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect.
• Proven track record driving adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
• Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows leveraging REST APIs or iPaaS tools, or scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Own 5–8 enterprise customer engagements, driving adoption and outcomes across deployment lifecycle.
• Architect and deliver AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform in collaboration with customers.
• Design secure, scalable integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira).
• Act as trusted advisor for customer AI roadmaps and upskilling teams to operate the platform.
• Provide feedback to engineering/product teams to improve the platform.
• Create reusable templates and share learnings across the team.
