Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a field-based Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers and translate complex challenges into high-impact AI solutions built on the Moveworks Platform.

You will travel up to 25% of the time, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and guide customers through design, integration, and adoption while shaping the platform's evolution with feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers and translate challenges into AI-enabled Moveworks Platform solutions.
• Design and architect high-impact AI solutions in collaboration with customers.
• Design and build secure, performant integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira, and others).
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding AI roadmap adoption and upskilling customer teams.
• Synthesize feedback and work with Engineering and Product to influence platform evolution.
• Generalize successful solutions into reusable templates and share learnings across the team.
