Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive revenue by supporting Solution Sales and guiding product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will work with Sales, Product Management, and executives to position and deliver AI-enabled solutions for assigned territories.

The role demands deep technical knowledge, hands-on delivery across sales cycles, and the ability to lead workshops, answer technical questions, and feedback product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience working with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management including pipeline building and coordinating with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges and demonstrate how our solution meets needs.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that add value.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
