Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect for the Applied AI Solutions Architecture team. You will lead customer engagements to accelerate adoption of Amazon Connect AI capabilities, focusing on data readiness, model selection, and robust tool integration.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and translate findings into actionable implementation plans.
Conduct data readiness assessments to evaluate data quality, accessibility, structure, and governance; identify gaps and remediation strategies.
Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including AI agent creation, prompt engineering, model selection, and tool integration.
Architect MCP servers that expose customer tools, data sources, and APIs in a standardized format for AI agents to discover and invoke capabilities.
Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js) to connect Amazon Connect AI agents with customer data systems.
Guide customers through testing, evaluation and validation of AI agent performance before production deployment and share best practices across teams.
