Amazon Connect Principal Applied AI Solutions Architect role accelerates AI-powered contact center deployments at scale. You will lead data readiness, AI agent design, and seamless integration with customer data systems to enable knowledge-driven, RAG-enabled responses.

You will guide customers from proof-of-concept to pre-production, architect secure data access, and build Lambda/API Gateway based integrations, while mentoring other SAs and shaping the roadmap for Amazon Connect AI features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology domain experience (software, cloud, data, etc.).
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences up to C-level.
• Experience developing end-to-end technology roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business needs into implementation plans.
• Assess data readiness and govern data assets (CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing, ERP).
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect and integrate tools.
• Architect Agent-to-Agent workflows across enterprise systems.
• Build serverless integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions and scripting.
• Ensure secure cloud data access and guide customers to production readiness.
• Mentor other SAs and share patterns for agentic AI implementations.
• Document implementation patterns and contribute to knowledge base.
