Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon Connect AI capabilities. You will embed with customers to prepare production-ready implementations focused on Agentic AI, MCP server configuration, and cross-agent workflows.

The role emphasizes design, implementation, and customer collaboration, including data readiness and integration development using Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology domains incl. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Familiarity with MCP and/or A2A for standardized tool integration / multi-agent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand requirements and contact center architecture.
• Assess data readiness and governance of customer data assets (CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, order management).
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including model selection and prompt engineering.
• Design MCP servers to expose tools, data sources, and APIs for standardized agent tool discovery.
• Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns for multi-agent workflows across enterprise.
