Job summary

AWS is seeking an Amazon Connect Specialist Solutions Architect to own end-to-end GTM strategy for their AI-enabled contact center solutions in ASP. You will lead discovery, data readiness, and integration efforts to enable RAG-powered agent performance across enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates bring extensive cloud and AI experience, with hands-on design of Lambda/APIs, agent creation, and multi-agent workflows, plus mentorship to other SAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domain areas (e.g., software, cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics).
• 3+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/ consulting in software/Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to understand business requirements, existing contact center architecture, and AI readiness.
• Conduct data readiness assessments to evaluate data quality, accessibility, structure, and governance.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including agent creation and prompt engineering.
• Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns for multi-agent workflows across the enterprise.
• Build serverless integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions to connect AI agents with data systems.
• Architect secure data access patterns to power AI agent tools and RAG.
• Leverage agentic IDEs to accelerate development workflows and AI code generation.
• Guide customers through testing, evaluation, and validation of AI agent performance before production.
• Share learnings, delivering technical deep-dives, and mentoring other SAs on patterns.
