Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, customer-obsessed Solutions Architect to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon Connect's AI capabilities.

You will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy, lead technical discovery, and design agentic AI solutions integrated with customer data systems across enterprise boundaries. The role emphasizes data readiness, data pipelines, code development with Lambda/API Gateway/Step Functions, and pre-production validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and AI readiness for customer contact center deployments.
• Conduct data readiness assessments and map customer data assets to AI-ready pipelines.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect and manage integration with customer systems.
