Job summary

You will lead data readiness, integration design, and pre-production validation for complex contact-center solutions. Key responsibilities include discovery sessions, data governance, serverless development with Lambda/API Gateway/Step Functions, and cross-agent collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, cloud, or infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Customer Data Readiness: Assess data quality, structure, governance, and readiness for AI agent use.
• Agentic AI Implementation: Design and configure AI agent solutions within Amazon Connect, including prompts and model selection.
• A2A Integration: Architect cross-agent workflows enabling multi-agent operations across enterprise.
• Integration Development: Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and Python/Node.js.
• Cloud Data Access: Architect secure access patterns to power AI agent tool use and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Agentic IDE Proficiency: Leverage agentic IDEs to accelerate development with agent hooks and server configuration.
• Pre-Production Validation: Guide customers through testing and evaluation against success criteria before production deployment.
• Field Enablement: Share learnings through technical deeps-dives and mentoring.
