Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring an Amazon Connect Specialist Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for AI-enabled contact center solutions. You will lead technical discovery, assess data readiness, and design agentic AI deployments.

You will build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions, orchestrate Agent-to-Agent workflows, and guide customers through production readiness while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements, architecture, and AI readiness.
• Assess data readiness and governance of customer data assets to enable AI agent use.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect with prompts and guardrails.
• Architect Agent-to-Agent workflows for multi-agent collaboration across the enterprise.
• Build serverless integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions with Python/Node.js.
• Architect secure data access patterns for cloud data systems powering AI tools.
• Leverage MCP servers and AI IDEs to accelerate development and code generation.
• Guide customers through testing, evaluation, and validation of AI agent performance.
• Share learnings and mentor others on agentic AI patterns.
