Job summary

Amazon’s ASP team seeks a Specialist Solutions Architect for AWS Connect Decisions. You will own end-to-end GTM strategy for your tech domain, combining business acumen with deep technical expertise to help customers and partners succeed.

You’ll collaborate with field and central teams, create field enablement materials, and share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, and events such as AWS Summit, contributing to the customer’s architectural excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 6+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering).
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer and partner voices; curate feature requests for customers.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock partners.
• Own technical standards for specialist artifacts.
• Collaborate with GTM to provide technical insights into strategy and events.
• Share best practices via forums, blogs, whitepapers, and public events.
• Create enablement materials for field teams to adopt AWS solutions.
• Design and deliver practice improvements to ensure architectural excellence.
