Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Applied AI Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of Amazon Connect AI capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of contact center ops and applied AI, writing code, building integrations, and pairing with customer engineering teams to deliver production-ready outcomes in weeks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or A2A (Agent-to-Agent) for multi-agent communication.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Assess data readiness and governance across CRMs, knowledge bases, ticketing systems, and more.
• Design and configure AI agent solutions within Amazon Connect, including MCP servers and A2A workflows.
• Build serverless integrations using AWS services to connect AI agents with customer data systems.
• Architect secure access patterns for cloud data platforms powering tool use and RAG.
