Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, or business transformation role.
• Experience with Consumer Goods industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial planning and demand forecasting.
• Own the technical sales process including account strategy, discovery, and demos.
• Strong value-based selling and storytelling skills.
• Problem-solving at the intersection of technology and business.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and persuade.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, and data integration.
• Experience with enterprise planning processes (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process.
• Be the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI and planning apps.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business needs.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos addressing customer pain points.
• Execute proof-of-concept workshops to prove value in the client's context.
• Coordinate specialist and product teams to position multi-product solutions.
• Develop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with customers and Success team.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to shape product direction.
