Job summary

EY is seeking a senior technical leader to guide a medium-to-large product team on design, development, delivery and maintenance of AI-forward solutions. You will drive quality, compliance with standards, and hands-on coding to showcase leadership in modern software practices.

You will leverage C#/Java or Python, data modeling expertise, and CI/CD tools to deliver robust systems while mentoring peers and shaping architecture across Development & Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years applied experience in software or platform engineering.
• Experience delivering software/platform engineering solutions with technical leadership.
• CI/CD delivery using code management and automation tools like GitHub and ADO.
• Proficiency in fine-tuning language models and NLP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex project aspects with coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across Development, Engineering and Architecture.
• Lead work group with defined standards, processes, and responsibilities.
• Drive consistency in processes, standards, and technical design.
