Job summary

EY is seeking a senior software engineering leader to drive AI-forward development on a medium to large product team in the United States. You will lead design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

You will solve complex problems, provide technical leadership, and foster collaboration across Development & Engineering and Architecture groups. This role emphasizes robust CI/CD practices and scalable AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in designing, developing, debugging solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of C#/Java or Python.
• Knowledge of data modeling, OLTP/OLAP, NoSQL and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Solves complex project aspects, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provides advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Develops strong working relationships across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provides a leadership role for the work group to deliver the project.
• Drives adherence to processes, standards, and technical design.
