Job summary

EY in Chicago is looking for a senior software engineering leader to serve as a key player-coach on a medium to large product team. You will design, develop, deliver and maintain solutions, driving AI-forward development and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor peers, and shape standards while collaborating across Development, Architecture and Data teams. Hybrid work arrangement with strong compensation and benefits accompany this role.

• Lead collaborations across Development, Engineering and Architecture to engineer leading solutions.
• Lead work groups with clear expectations, principles, and responsibilities.
• Drive adherence to processes, standards, and technology design.
