TrendAI, the AI security leader and Trend Micro unit, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in the Eastern US. You will guide customers through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity/AI platform, serving as a trusted technical advisor.

You will influence outcomes across the customer lifecycle with demos, storytelling, and strategic consultation, collaborating with product and field teams to ensure value realization and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Proven experience with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding adoption and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and extend market reach.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure exceptional customer experience.
